Terms & Conditions

Hire is for a 3 day period only (e.g. Fri/Sat/Sun). For mid-week hire please email info@imperialcostumes.co.uk
The hirer is responsible for the costume from the moment of delivery is accepted up until it is received back to Imperial Costumes. In the unlikely event that the customers' courier loses a costume when returning, it is the hirers responsibility to make a claim as all associated fee's will be taken from the customer.
Returns need to be received back no later than 48hrs after the end of the hire period
A Credit/Debit card is required for the hire of this item. A refundable deposit is taken before delivery. In the unlikely event that the costume is lost or stolen, the full cost of the costume will be deducted from the hirer's card.
Broken, cracked or severely damaged armour will be charged at £50/per armour piece that requires replacing.
Late return's beyond 48hrs from the end of the hire period may be subject to charge at £40/day upto a maximum of 5 working days. After this time the costume will be deemed stolen and the appropriate fees taken against the hirer.
